Full Service - From $110.00 per month follow Link for info. Service Plus - From $130.00 per month follow Link for info. Chemical Only - From $90.00 per month follow Link for info. Chemical Plus - From $100.00 per month follow Link for info. All service rates are based on an average screened pool or spa up to 15x30. Rate does not include commercial accounts. Considerations are taken in for landscape, water features, spas etc. @ an extra charge. Bottomless Pools does not assume liability for stains, stain sequestering products are available (at an extra cost) to help prevent chemical staining but do not come with any kind of product guarantee. In the event of holidays (weeks where holidays fall) extra chemicals will be added to accommodate for missed trips due to scheduling complications. Bottomless Pools Inc. will add or drain water from a customer’s pool, but only during the time needed to perform service and only if facilities are provided adjacent to pool. Bottomless Pools does not assume responsibility for overfills. In the event of rain days, Bottomless Pools will work in a light rain, but only a light drizzle - chemicals will only be added and extra work will be done the following week as needed. Customer must provide access to pool and equipment. Acceptance of service constitutes an auto renewing two year agreement; cancellation of service requires buyout of remaining months in service agreement. All services are subject to late fees if not paid in accordance with our billing policies. All prepaid accounts are due on the first day of the service month; all accounts not paid by the fifth day of the service month are subject to a $20.00 late fee. All accounts not paid by the 20th of the service month are subject to an additional interest fees charged at a rate of20%. Bottomless Pools Inc. is not responsible for extra cleanup due to acts of god, pressure washing, landscaping, etc. Extra charges will be billed according to labor @ $80.00 per hour and materials will be charged at (MSRP). Construction/Repair/Remodel/Cleaning services are billed at contract price or a rate of $80.00 per hour. All invoices are considered Due-on-Receipt. All invoices not paid on receipt are subject to a 20% late fee after ten days. All invoices not paid are subject to the maximum allowable interest by law. Authorization to perform work constitutes authorization to lien property for contract price or balance due on contract. All terms and conditions are subject to change. |
